COMMISSIONS

Hello! Thank you for your interest. Please read the following regarding my terms of service & work process.

Terms of Service:

- I require commissioners be 18+, and by commissioning me you are stating you are over the age of 18.
- I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason.
- I will not draw anything related to hate speech or discriminate content, underage, incest, extreme kink or gore that I'm uncomfortable with, etc.
- My work is NOT to be used for commercial, NFT or block chain purposes. I do not consent to my work being used on AI training models.
- My turnaround time is around 1-4 weeks from the time I start working (depending on the size & complexity) but this estimate is subject to change. Any delays past this time will be communicated with the client.
- If you want your commission kept private please let me know. Otherwise, I retain the rights to post any commissioned works and process of said works on social media.

Payment:

- I take payment upfront in USD through Paypal invoice. I must receive payment before I start working. Full payment is the preferred method.
- I am also willing to do partial upfront and partial after completion, but this comes with the condition that the initial upfront payment will be non-refundable, even in the event of the client's cancellation of this contract. Second half of the payment must be paid before the final version is provided.
- In the event of a cancellation all image rights revert back to me.
- I will not refund payment for any completed works. I am willing to do touch-ups on a completed piece up to a month after it is finished, but any major changes* must be done during the completion process as it is difficult to make them after the piece is finished.
*Major changes may refer to things like changing pose, angle, design overhauls, etc.

Work Process:

For reference, progress usually goes along the lines of: sketch -> lining (if applicable) -> color -> shading/lighting (if applicable) -> finishing touches -> finalization with client.I like to communicate my progress on commissions as I move to the next stage. If there are any adjustments you'd like made, these are the best opportunities to ask.Major changes, as described above, should be made during the sketch phase. The farther I get in a piece, the harder it can be to make these major changes so please let me know about things you'd like changed as soon as possible. There may be some things I am unable to do if they are asked for at a late stage in the process.At the finalization stage I will send you a preview for approval/editing, and once approved I will send you the final version.
